Beginning July 1, 2008 ABL Lights, Inc, Auteroche S.A. and NBB Nordisk Bilbelysning AB have joined forces and merged into a new company, ABL Lights Group.
The new company will have the benefits of combined logistics, e.g. manufacturing volumes, thus creating a platform for further expansion in order to better serve our customer's needs.
While the three companies have been joined together, our products will continue to have our current brand names where appropriate.
